Thanks for looking and for your support.
Damon Matthew and Karen Christine Wise,
Trustees of Federation Trust, on behalf of Charity-OnLine Consortium E-Commerce Project and our beneficiary customers (Supporters).
If you wish to further support our experiment, testing and evaluating E-Commerce for the benefit of our Members (Charities and Projects) and Associates (Other Voluntary and Community Groups and their volunteers), and cannot find what you want, not only do we sell and auction of Amazon, and here on eBay, but we have access to many E-Commerce and trading sites: if you can't find what your looking for, let us know what you want, preferred condition and how much you are willing to pay: we will look around, and keep an eye out for a very low price, as a thank you: we will the consider introducing such an item, to see if there is any more interest; at a higher price, to better cover our costs.
If you have any used stamps, please consider donating them; or if in the UK or Ireland: Inkjet, Laserjet, Fax (except Epson, which have no significant value), Photocopy toners, Mobile Phones or PDA's. We will transfer at least 50% (we will increase this up to 75% when we have sufficient funds and have started a permanent Charity-OnLine Service, and will only need to cover our running costs); we can donate to any Charity, School, Youth Club, or other cause of your choice (in the UK or Ireland: all we need is a Bank A/c, Sort Code and Name of the account, unless it is one of the many we already deal with), or even set up a system for you at work, or within your organisation, with your own recycling account number - in the UK and Ireland we have a freepost address for such schemes - and you help the environment - this is another part Charity-OnLine.

Federation Trust run a free information and support service for Disability related groups, Charities, Community and Voluntary Groups. Where we actually do work with a partner-group, such as an Incorporation, Application Forms, Newsletters, Stationary, Flag Day, Sponsorship Packs or Health and Safety Statements or where we source and supply wholesale or charity rate office Stationary, equipment, accessories and software, we charge towards some of the costs on a near cost, reduced cost, or set fee basis, which is below commercial rates, which many of our Partner Organisations would have trouble to afford. We have absolutely no funding from any source. Most of our costs, equipment, rent and telephone are paid for by the Trustees, from our own Social Welfare Payments. The Trustees and volunteers who support the Trust do not get paid. Where part of the time involved is charged, the income is provided towards the equipment, technology and software requirements. We are by Definition a Not-For-Profit Organisation - a one-stop shop or a charity for charities. Charity-OnLine E-Comnmerce Project has been testing and runnning trials of E-Commerce systems, with a view to develop and set up information and links to E-Commerce sites and services, to enable our members (Charities and Projects) and Associates (other Voluntary and Community Groups) to buy and sell, fundraise and provide information on each of us, in a collective effort with easily identifiable e-mail checkout and clearing systems, which individually we would not easily be able to do individally.
We also run Charity Recycling Schemes for Charities, Schools, Sports Groups and other Voluntary and Community Groups to Recycle InkJet, LaserJet, Fax catridges, Photocopy Toners for peoples nominated Charity, of which at least 50% to 75% benefit the nominated Charity or Cause (the Rest being used for Costs; we have also taken in old, but USEABLE Computers, cleaned, upgraded and Reinstalled them for the Benefit of Charities, Voluntary and Community Gropups, Incorporated Charities as Companies Limited by Guarantee, and Not Having a Share Capital.

We are run by non-paid volunteers - people with Disabilities for the benefit of Society. We include the assets, which we administer so that they do not become wasted, in accordance with the Charity Rules, of previous bodies run by the Trustees of Federation Trust, including our own AUTINET Project - these include many assets such as Videos DVD's CD's and equipment, formerly of Star Trek Conferences and Meetings (Ireland Ltd), Irish Star Trek Federation, Federation (Star Trek Fan Association in) Europe Society Ltd, DA Clubs International (UK) Ltd, Belgian Federation of DA Clubs International, KGBI Music Club, Royal Flensk Danwarian Group Society, IOSED Charity Projects and other co-operative and voluntary work done by the Trustees of Federation Trust in furtherance of our motto "Working for a better future" and "Boldly Going Where everyone has gone before".

Charitable Principles Notice
The Trustees of Federation Trust have not sought and are not Registered and thus not able to have been awarded Charitable Status in the United States of America, nor UK; as a result we are not members of eBay's US and UK Charitable Donations and Listings systems.
As a Charity Support Service, however in the Republic of Ireland, the Trustees of Federation Trust list, purchase, administer and provide for Sale items. It should be noted that the information on the beneficiary of the auction is usually in order to support the General Fund of Federation Trust or to cover the costs of development, set up and administration of the Charity-OnLine E-Commerce Project, and other services. Only listings specifically stated for another cause, being a member (Charity or Project), or an associate (Other Voluntary or Community Groups), shall be administered by the Trustees using assets earmarked or donated for such a cause by the Trustees of Federation Trust, jointly and severally and should not be assumed to be in any official capacity on behalf or a member, associate or Charity by virtue of an asset administered by the Trustees through the Charity-OnLine E-Commerce Project being earmarked, and the proceeds (excluding Postage and Handling Costs) for the benefit of any named Charitable Body is done in a non-paid voluntary capacity by the Trustees, in support of our Charitable Ethos, by Co-operative decision-making is any way official. We do work for the benefit of members, associate and other charitable bodies to benefit such organisations with the resources and assets. If there is any listing or fundraising done in any Official capacity, we will naturally provide such documentary evidence (including Contact details, relevant Charity Number and VAT Number as applicable) which shall be provided on any such listing and also sent to the Compliance Section of Paypal in the USA. This shall be added to all eBay Listings within the next 24 hours, and added to the template for any future listings
We have also been asked to create an affidavit that we are also not registered or licensed in any country, and will not, and are not able to use Paypal to accept payments for Stock, bearable bonds, or other securities, if such a service were available to us.
Paypal have requested us to state this obvious fact that we are not as Trustees of Federation Trust operating in any official Capacity on behalf of any other body - this notice shall be added to any listings relisted and to templates for any future listings, because of a detailed investigation into ALL Charititable bodies and Non-Profit Organisations (including those not operating and registered in the USA), on behalf of the United States of America Internal Revenue Service, as a result of widespread fraud and corruption as a result of Hurricane Katrina - where Millions of US$ was raised and did not benefit the Humanitarian needs of the victims and survivors. As a result of this investigation, we have spent some three weeks in providing e-mail and photocopy of documentations of some 300+ pages, including detailed information of our processes in Ireland, the fact that we are not registered or set up in the UK or USA, with details of our procedures on behalf of the one outside Charity Listing, with proof of payment, and receipt of the proceeds, credit card statements, statements and bills and photo id for the two Trustees based at the home address from which the services and projects are administered, and bills in the names of Federation Trust and the Charity-OnLine E-Commerce Project, as well as confirmation of Tax Number, used for offsetting sales within the European Union, at the relevant National Standard Rate, if applicable against purchases for records of Value Added Tax.
This statement has been made as a last step in order to remove any Limited Account Access of the Paypal profiles of Charity-OnLine (Charity-OnLine@iol.ie/utvinternet.co.uk/ie.com) and Federation Trust (FederationTrust@eircom.net/iol.ie) for eBay Listings for Charity-OnLine-Ireland and Charity-OnLine-Second-Chance and Charity-OnLine-GB and is to be sworn as an affidavit to be the truth,

Summary of My Selling Policies
Payment
NOCHEX, PPPAY to Charity-OnLine@iol.ie; Paypal: Checkout & VAT, EU: Paypal@Charity-OnLine.ie; Paypal: Cash/Cleared Funds, ex-EU: DamonMDSL@eircom.net; Bank A/c, Electronic, Phone or OnLine Transfer, cheque, Bank Drafts, Postal orders, etc payments, in Sterling within the UK or within Ireland & Eurozone to Bank Account [IBAN, Fees collected by seller, ONLY] in Euro; no Cash or payments by post on foreign bank a/c (because the charges/fees may exceed the transaction and inaccesibility to Bank due to lack of distance and transport payments may only be made into the relevant bank and we do not allow any payments to HQ DEPOT, as we would have to forward these on to the bank by post anyway - so pay your money, by whatever means, if not using Paypal, Nochex, or PPPAY through the banking system).
PLEASE NOTE: WE NEVER CAN RECEIVE CASH OR OTHER PAYMENTS BY POST TO US. Cash Payments, in reference to Paypal are usually referring to the Cash Balance Transfer, Direct Credit, Paypal E-Check / E-Cheque Balance Transfer of other Cleared Funds systems used by Paypal AND DO NOT EVER REFER to PHYSICAL CHANGE OR NOTE DENOMENATIONS OF ANY KIND. This note is required because eBay keeps on ILLEGALLY REMOVING VALID AND POLICY COMPLIANT LISTINGS which refer to these Virtual Cash Balance Transfer Systems on Paypal, BECAUSE THEY CANNOT BOTHER THEIR @®$€$ TO READ A FULL SENTENCE, and cannot understand the systems used by their Subsidiary, Paypal on Personal Accounts, which cannot take Credit Card and other Uncleared Funds.(Note editing of the valid word and substitud with symbols instead of Alpabetical characters to avoid listing removal)
ALTHOUGH IT IS POSSIBLE FOR A PERSON TO GO INTO ANY BANK AND BUILDING SOCIETY TO MAKE ANY PAYMENT (INCLUDING Change and notes) AND TRANSFER BY BANK GIRO TRANSFER INTO OUR WITHIN THE UK ACCOUNT IN STERLING OR TO OUR REPUBLIC OF IRELAND ACCOUNT IN EURO (or by previous arrangement by IBAN within the Eurozone) - we do not receive these funds by post, and the method of transfer is BANK GIRO TRANSFER, and doesn't involve us taking any CASH.
To stop more illegal removal attempts by eBay (for "Sellers may not solicit buyers to mail cash") we have to add, for regurgitating and clarity's sake, the following text is being added: the Charity-OnLine Recycling Scheme in the processing of Used Stamps, Printer Cartridges, Toners, Mobile/PDA equipment, Accesories and Computer Software on behalf of charities IS NOT Soliciting Cash. As mentioned in the previous paragraphs, we cannot, and never are set up to take payments by post. I am sorry that this is required, but as previously stated eBay take words contrary to the legal, contextual and logical interpretation of a sentence, and contrary to what the whole text actually says.
Please note that any request to locate and list an item for sale, would have to be in strict accordance with the previous text prohibits us making a private sale (which would be contrary to Policy anyway), as we are exclusively E-Traders and cannot transact except on the relevant online services (in this case eBay and Paypal, in the alternate on Amazon) - as we cannot take postal payments, cash or otherwise, any sale would have to be created, listed and sold using the appropriate services. Such one-off listings are sold by us at the Second-Chance.Charity-OnLine_ie shop (or http://www.stores.ebay.co.uk/Second-Chance.Charity-OnLine_ie). This note has been added, in order not to be confused or suspect violations of eBay's Circumvention of Fees and Inappropriate Links policies.
Trustees of Federation Trust.
